Intercity Mobile Therapists is a professional mobile massage service for Edinburgh and Glasgow.
All therapy services on InterCityMT.com are completely therapeutic and of a non-sexual nature.
Before the treatment.
We recommend you have at least two or three medium to large clean towels ready. These are to be used on the massage table and over your body.
Your requested therapist will arrive at the place and time you requested. In the unlikelihood that your therapist is running late you will be notified either by the therapist or IMT team.
Please show the therapist where you would like the treatment to take place and allow them to setup the treatment table then allow them to leave the room so you can get undressed in privacy.
The therapist will only re-enter once you are ready.
You can undress to a level you are comfortable with but you are required to wear underwear at all times. With no exceptions.
Requests to be inappropriately uncovered will not be tolerated by the therapist.
Your therapist will ask you a few questions and ask that you complete the client consultation form so they can best provide their service to your needs.
Please make your therapist aware of any injuries and allergies and areas that you want them to focus on.
Continue to communicate through the treatment if required to request a change in pressure or if you feel any pain.
Deep tissue and sports massages can incur pain afterwards which will subside after 24-48 hours.
After the treatment
The therapist will leave the room and allow you 5 minutes to slowly sit up and get dressed.
Regular treatments are recommended to ensure a healthy body and mind. You can book through website, app or call customer services team.

How it works.
We come to you. At home, work or hotel.
You can book online at www.intercitymt.com from a desktop computer, mobile device or even give us a call.
Simply pick your treatment type, date and time and let us take care of the rest.
We have a full range of treatments available and our expert therapists adapt to your individual needs.
Choose from our classic, premium or ultimate spa experiences.
Availability can vary and is subject to change, but we aim to have slots available everyday with good coverage throughout the day.
You will receive a confirmation email upon booking detailing your treatment information.
Parking
If you live in an area where parking is limited to where parking charges are present, parking charges may apply to you where applicable. If we find that we do need to apply parking charges to your booking, you will be contacted prior to booking taking place.
You can continue with booking and pay parking charges prior to booking or alternatively you can cancel the booking.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, the policy is as follows.
More than 48 hours before treatment start time - Change date or Refund
Less than 48 hours before treatment start time - Non-refundable.

Booking amendments
Changing a booking time and or date can be requested which will be subject to the above cancellation policy. Please contact customer support.
Prices
All prices quoted on this site are correct at time of writing. We do however reserve the right to change prices when required.
Prices listed are inclusive of all requirements for booking unless we require an additional fee to cover parking charges. If we find your location is in a high paid only parking location, we may contact you prior to booking to request additional expense to cover parking.
You can book your treatments 24 hours a day. Our service open times are usually between 9.30 - 21.30. 7 days a week including holidays. Excluding Christmas and new year.
If you do not find a suitable time, please contact [email protected] and we will aim to provide you a solution or an alternative suitable time.
Payment
Payment for all services and products provided by Intercity Mobile Therapists Ltd are online only. We do not accept cash. You are welcome to tip your therapist in cash directly and is purely at your discretion.
Your payment to intercity mobile therapists is safe and secure using Stripe payment merchant. Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
Distance
Intercity Therapists cover Edinburgh and surrounding areas. We may occasionally work closely outside these areas but in all instances, please contact us before booking.
If you have any doubt about coverage in your area, please get in touch at [email protected] prior to booking.
If you are a greater distance outside of our operating area special arrangements may be made with you. This will be decided before the booking arrangements have taken place.
