We exercise our bodies to keep our muscles firm and lifted. The same principle goes for the face and neck.
We have 57 muscles in the face and neck that need exercised to keep them firm, tight and youthful.
When we strengthen and firm the muscles in our face and neck, we are tightening and lifting the attaching skin.
This reduces lines and wrinkles. The face and neck muscles are small so we can get quick results.
